Are you looking for something a little special for the Tesla owner in your life? Well, as a four-time owner and fan myself, here are some ideas that they are sure to love!
Diecast Model Cars
An officially licensed 1:18 scale diecast model car makes one of the coolest presents you could get the Tesla fan in your life. My significant other has purchased two for me, the Roadster and Cybertruck models. They are really detailed. The doors open, there is carpet in the interior, and even the seat belts are made of fabric. The rubber wheels also turn when you twist the mini-steering wheel.

These mini-Tesla diecast model cars are great desk companions. That’s where I keep mine, anyway.
The Roadster has a removable roof and an opening trunk for storage, while the Cybertruck features a removable tonneau cover and a folding tailgate.
Tesla offers diecast models for all of their vehicles including the Model S, X, Y, 3, Roadster, Cybertruck, and Semi. They cost between $175.00-$195.00.
Solid State Drive Upgrade
Tesla’s cars come with advanced hardware, like high-resolution cameras, and software, like Sentry Mode, which is a security system that records the vehicle’s surroundings. This software requires external memory storage to work.
All new Teslas come with a 128 GB USB drive, but their limited space and short lifespan often lead owners to upgrade to something better and more durable, like a solid-state drive (SSD).

I used the older Samsung T5 in my Teslas, but the new T7 SSD is even better.
Personally, I’ve used ones like Samsung’s T7 portable SSD, which is very reliable and has fast read/write speeds. Plus, you can get them in larger storage sizes, which means more space for recording possibly critical events or adding high-quality versions of their favorite songs to play in the car. Prices range from $50.00-$150.00+ based on the storage size you choose.
Center Console Organization Trays

I know this may sound surprising, but Tesla stopped including organization trays in both the Model 3 and Model Y a few years ago to save production costs. That means you have these massive center console cubbies where things just shift around everywhere.
Luckily, these are pretty inexpensive ($25.00-$50.00 based on what you buy) and there are plenty of options from official Tesla products to solid third-party versions (which are often better).
I recommend going with a brand called “Spigen” which is well known for electronic accessories.

Screen Protectors

You can be the hero of the holiday by surprising your friend or loved one with a relatively inexpensive, but often overlooked accessory. Taking care of a Tesla’s screen is absolutely critical because it controls everything in the car, and of course, it’s not cheap to replace.
A screen protector can drastically reduce the chances of permanent scratches or marks, as well as diffuse reflections and the visibility of fingerprints. Once again, Spigen, an expert in screen protectors, is the go-to choice here. It’s where I bought both my VW ID.4 and Model Y’s screen protectors which have been great! These run between $30.00-$50.00.
Tesla-Specific Drinkware
Tesla offers a line of high-quality insulated tumblers that fit in their vehicles’ cupholders. I have the 22oz matte black “On the Road Vessel” tumbler. It’s double-walled stainless steel, but powder-coated to give it a smooth, premium feel in your hands (which I personally love).

My Tesla tumbler has survived years of use so far!
You can choose from tons of options, including tumblers offered in matching car paint colors like Ultra Red and Deep Metallic Blue, to a uniquely shaped and futuristic-looking tumbler called “CyberVessel”. They range in price from $30.00-$50.00.
Floor and Cargo Mats
The interior carpet mats that come with Tesla’s vehicles aren’t great, and most owners eventually want to upgrade them. Plus, no liners are provided for the frunk at all. Therefore, a good set of all-weather rubber mats and a frunk cargo liner make perfect gifts for new Tesla owners.
I’ve typically purchased the official mats from Tesla directly for all of my own vehicles, but there are lots of great, highly rated options on Amazon as well, often for less. Depending on the total number of pieces included and the brand, you can expect to pay between $75.00 – $300.00 for a full set from Tesla.

Glass Roof Shade
Nearly all Teslas have a glass roof and while it does receive some treatment from the factory, in my experience, it still lets in way too much radiant heat from the outside during the summer months. In turn, this means the A/C has to work overtime, causing range and efficiency to drop.

While most of us agree that the glass roof is nice, it does make the cabin quite hot in the summer.
One easy way to fix this is with a removable sunshade. Just pop one in and it will dramatically lower temperatures. The Tesla owner in your life will definitely appreciate it. There are options both from Tesla directly, as well as third parties on Amazon, often for much less. Shades can cost between $45.00-$120.00.

Charging Cable Organizer
All new Tesla models come with a home charging cable. It’s great, but it doesn’t come with a holder, so it often lays across the garage floor and can get scuffed up pretty quickly. Not to mention it’s a pain to reach down and pick up.
There’s a fairly inexpensive gift you can buy (around $16.00) to solve this problem. A Tesla charging cable holder and organizer is a great fix. It’s easy to install and will help protect the equipment over time.
Gift Cards
OK, gift cards seem boring at first, but that’s before you realize how useful they can be. Tesla gift cards let you pay for things like Supercharging fees, software upgrades, and accessories from the Tesla Shop. Gift cards can be loaded with $10.00-$500.00 in value. Sometimes, the simplest option is the best!
